KFSP Lab

Kenan-Flagler Stereotyping and Perception (KFSP) Lab

The KFSP Lab is a behavioral science research group that meets bi-weekly in the Kenan-Flagler Business School. The KFSP Lab is directed by Chris Petsko, and comprises Ph.D. students, MBA students, and undergraduate students who take an interest in Chris's research, broadly construed.

What unites everyone in the KFBS lab is a curiosity about how it is that stereotypes influence the way that people engage in social perception. How do stereotypes influence the way we perceive ourselves? How do stereotypes influence the way we perceive other people? And what might relevance of all this be to organizational environments? These are the types of questions we are all interested in answering.
